We’re proud to be working in partnership with RatGate, the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of rodent prevention devices. As their trusted digital and strategic partner, we’ve supported RatGate across multiple areas of their business—from shaping their marketing and business strategy to delivering a sleek, high-performing e-commerce website.

Our work spans across managing their social media channels, producing engaging content, designing brochures, brand decks, and digital assets, and crafting impactful e-marketing campaigns with smart automation.

We also opened up Amazon for them as a sales channel, implemented a new CRM system and completely overhauled their order fulfilment process, helping to streamline operations and support their continued growth.

Strategy

As a long-term strategic partner, we’ve played a key role in helping RatGate define and evolve their business and marketing strategy. From the outset, we worked closely with their leadership team to understand their goals, identify opportunities for growth, and position the brand effectively within the pest control and drainage industries.

Together, we’ve developed a clear roadmap that aligns marketing activity with wider business objectives, ensuring every campaign and initiative supports their long-term vision. This includes refining their brand messaging, identifying new revenue channels, creating targeted customer personas, and advising on pricing and product development strategies.

Our ongoing collaboration ensures their marketing efforts remain agile, data-driven, and focused on measurable impact—continually adapting to market changes and customer needs.

Website Design and Management

We designed and built a custom e-commerce website for RatGate with a strong focus on user experience.

A key part of the site’s design was showcasing RatGate’s industry-leading products—highlighting their unique features, long-term benefits, and what sets the company apart in the market. Through a combination of clear product pages, engaging visuals, explainer videos, and trust-building content, the site not only drives conversions but also tells the story behind the brand’s innovation and proven results. 

 
We also streamlined the purchasing journey to make it as simple and seamless as possible—ensuring users can easily find the right products, get the information they need, and complete transactions with minimal friction, whether they’re on desktop or mobile.

In addition to the public-facing store, we built a secure private members area where RatGate partners can log in to access a library of promotional assets—including brochures, product imagery, and brand materials—helping them confidently promote RatGate’s solutions.

The result is a modern, effective platform that not only boosts sales but strengthens brand credibility and partner relationships.

Social Media

We currently manage RatGate’s social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn—where we’ve helped position the brand and its founder as leading voices in the pest control and drainage industries. Our work includes planning and creating a consistent stream of high-quality content, from educational posts and product spotlights to industry insights and company updates. We regularly publish blogs and articles that showcase RatGate’s expertise while delivering genuine value to their audience.
 
We also bring to life the industry events RatGate attends, capturing and sharing their involvement through engaging posts that highlight key moments and takeaways. Alongside this, we create and share powerful testimonial content that reinforces trust and showcases real-world success stories.
 
This well-rounded approach has significantly increased engagement, strengthened industry credibility, and helped keep RatGate top of mind with both customers and professional partners.

Design

We support RatGate with the design and development of a wide range of branded assets that reinforce their professional image and communicate their value clearly. This includes creating polished brand decks that help tell the RatGate story in a compelling, visually engaging way—whether for partner outreach, investor presentations, or internal use.

We also design informative, easy-to-navigate brochures that highlight their product range, key benefits, and use cases, tailored for both trade and consumer audiences. Every asset is carefully crafted to stay on-brand, align with their messaging, and elevate how RatGate is perceived across all customer touchpoints.

We’ve implemented a robust e-marketing and automation strategy for RatGate to help them engage their audience, nurture leads, and drive repeat business. This includes designing and building a series of targeted email campaigns—from product launches and educational content to promotional offers and customer onboarding flows.

We’ve set up smart automation sequences that ensure the right message reaches the right people at the right time, helping to maximise impact while reducing manual workload.

Every campaign is designed with clear objectives, compelling visuals, and strong calls to action, all backed by performance tracking to continually refine and optimise results.

Processes and Routes to Market

We’ve played a key role in helping RatGate streamline and scale their internal processes to support growth and improve operational efficiency. This included implementing a CRM system tailored to their workflow, enabling better customer management, improved team coordination, and clearer visibility across the sales pipeline.

We also overhauled their order fulfilment process, introducing systems and automations that reduced friction, improved turnaround times, and enhanced the overall customer experience.

Alongside this, we created a new and improved e-commerce website, built with a strong focus on user experience and conversion, making it easier than ever for customers to browse, understand, and purchase RatGate products.

Additionally, we’ve helped RatGate expand into new routes to market—most notably by setting up and optimising their presence on Amazon—opening up a major new sales channel and increasing product accessibility for a wider customer base.
