The following privacy policy relates to CloudHigh Media Ltd and any of its subsidiaries and websites.

At CloudHigh Media we are 100% transparent about the way we collect and use data. If you are unsure about anything detailed below please email info@cloudhighmedia.co.uk

Our Websites:

All of our websites are created and hosted on Wix.com (please click here to view their privacy policy), and in order to optimise your experience on our websites (by understanding what is working and what is not) we install cookies that are created by Google Analytics and Visitor Analytics. Cookies are used by the vast majority of websites and are small files which are stored on a user's browser / computer that allow us to understand the following:

  • How many users visit our websites

  • What pages they look at

  • What our websites bounce rates are

  • How long users spend on our websites

  • Where they are located (based on their IP address)

  • What browsers they use to view our websites

  • What devices they use to view our websites

  • Where they found our websites

  • If they are a Gmail user we can also gain an overview of their demographic and interests

We do NOT capture any specific personal details such as names, physical addresses and phone numbers.

The above information is only stored within Google Analytics or Visitor Analytics platforms and is held for a maximum of 14 months before it is deleted.

Please click here if you would like to learn more about cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics monitoring by following this link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.

Our Mailing List / CRM System:

CloudHigh Media, nor any of its subsidiaries, currently have mailing lists in place. This means we do not store personal data intended for mass marketing purposes. We do however store limited data for our clients and prospects in our CRM System (Monday.com), and this information can only be accessed by your account manager.

A prospect is classified as anyone who we have not yet embarked on or completed a piece of work for, but is someone we are achieving an open dialogue with (of at least 2 emails from each party over a 6 month period). If a reply to an initial email (or to the one follow up email that is sent if the initial email does not get a reply) is not achieved within 2 weeks or an ongoing dialogue is not achieved during a 6 month period, all data relating to the prospect is deleted. The only exception to this is when written consent is given by the prospect, there is legitimate interest to hold the data or if processing specific data is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

The following information is stored about our prospects:

  • Contact's name

  • Contact's company name

  • Contact's work email address

  • Contact work phone number

  • A copy of emails sent and received

  • Notes on meetings or phone conversations held

  • Stage the company is in our marketing funnel (conversation started, meeting scheduled, proposal /quote sent, hot lead, verbal agreement, invoiced)

A client is someone we have embarked on or completed a piece of work for.

The information stored about our clients is the same as above but also includes:

  • A copy of any sent invoices

  • Company address

Information for our clients is kept indefinitely in order to conduct business and fulfil any legal and regulatory obligations.

As our sole payment method is via BACS transfer, we do not hold any financial details for our clients.

Your Rights:

You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct that information if you believe it is incorrect, and, in some circumstances, object to our processing of your information. If you wish to exercise any of your rights or have any questions about this policy, please contact info@cloudhighmedia.co.uk.
