Forever Living Products
Marketing Support and Video Production
We partnered with Forever Living Products—the world’s largest grower, manufacturer, and distributor of aloe vera products—to deliver a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across e-commerce, e-marketing, social media, and reputation management.
Working closely with their US head office, we helped design and launch a powerful new e-commerce platform, successfully managing its rollout across the UK and Ireland, followed by expansion into European and Middle Eastern markets.
We set up automated e-marketing journeys to support new distributors, recover abandoned carts, and drive cross-selling opportunities, helping to streamline communication and boost conversions.
We also supported their digital transformation by live streaming monthly shows to their partner network and launching WhatsApp as a customer service channel, complete with automated flows and seamless access to live support—enhancing both user experience and operational efficiency.

Strategy Development
As part of our partnership with Forever Living Products, we worked closely with their marketing team to shape a cohesive, future-focused marketing strategy.
This spanned across their digital ecosystem—from website experience and e-commerce optimisation to e-marketing automation, social media planning, content creation, and digital customer service.
Our goal was to align all channels under one clear strategic direction, ensuring every touchpoint—from discovery to purchase to support—delivered a consistent, engaging brand experience for both customers and distributors.

Working closely with Forever Living’s US head office, we helped design and launch a powerful new e-commerce platform that elevated both the customer and distributor experience.
The new site featured clear, intuitive product pages, a streamlined checkout process, and a clean, mobile-first design that supported conversion and ease of use. We also built secure partner areas, giving distributors personalised access to assets, resources, and information tailored to their individual businesses.
After the successful UK and Ireland launch, we managed a phased rollout across European and Middle Eastern markets—ensuring a consistent brand experience, localised where needed, and fully aligned with Forever Living’s global standards.


Video Production
Video played a key role in bringing Forever Living’s brand and community to life. We produced content tailored for social media—highlighting products, supporting seasonal campaigns and internal communications.
A standout part of our work was managing a professionally produced, live-streamed monthly show aimed at engaging and motivating distributors. These broadcasts blended product news, recognition moments, and business updates, helping to strengthen community, boost morale, and keep distributors informed and inspired in real time.

Digital Customer Service
To enhance customer support and modernise communication, we implemented WhatsApp as a new digital service channel for Forever Living. This solution offered 24/7 automated responses to common queries—providing instant answers and freeing up the support team for more complex enquiries. Customers also had the option to seamlessly transition from automated replies to live chat with the customer service team, ensuring a smooth, human-centred experience when needed.
The success of this implementation not only improved response times and customer satisfaction but also earned us the Customer Experience Award at the 2019 DSA Conference, recognising the innovation and impact of the initiative.

E-Marketing and Automation
We overhauled Forever Living’s e-marketing strategy to create a smarter, more personalised customer journey. This included introducing automation across key touchpoints—such as welcome journeys for new distributors, abandoned cart recovery, and cross-sell campaigns tailored to previous purchase behaviour.
Regular newsletters and targeted campaigns were also refreshed with a more dynamic and engaging approach, helping to boost open rates, drive conversions, and strengthen distributor engagement.
By combining automation with strategic content planning, we transformed email into a powerful channel for both customer retention and business growth.
